Three-story townhomes, narrow stairs
Rice Military and the Washington Ave corridor are some of Houston's densest new-townhome blocks — three stories tall, packed with young professionals, with narrow interior stairs and tuck-under garages that define every job. Getting a sofa or a mattress down those stairs is the work, and it's in the flat price, no per-flight fee. The volume is steady townhome turnover as renters and owners cycle through, plus single-item hauls and the occasional renovation pile. We photo-quote a flat number, handle the stairs, include the disposal, and donate what's still usable.
