Almost every building requires a Certificate of Insurance naming the building and management, a reserved freight-elevator window, and a loading-dock time — there's no curbside. We handle all of it: confirm the rules, file the COI, book the elevator and dock, then clear the condo or loft out the service elevator. On the commercial side, we do weekday office furniture clear-outs — desks, chairs, conference tables, cubicles, copiers, whole floors — priced as truck-fill and scheduled around the dock.
